Six tabs, in the order you use them

1. Start Here. Six steps, the 7-day follow-up rule and a colour key. Gold cells are yours. Grey cells calculate.

2. Company Research. Map your target companies before you reach out: the hiring manager, a recent business signal and its date, your fit, any internal referral and outreach status. The sheet shows whether each company is already in your tracker.

3. Job Tracker. Every role in play. Priority, status, salary range, outreach method and date, and the hiring manager's response. The follow-up date is set 7 days after your latest contact, days since contact are counted, and late follow-ups are flagged OVERDUE.

4. Interview Tracker. See below.

5. Offer Comparison. Monthly base, AWS or 13th month, variable bonus, equity or LTI, housing, car and other allowances, and sign-on, in SGD or MYR. The sheet calculates total annual cash, total annual comp, year-one value and the gap to your targets.

6. Dashboard. Your whole search on one screen: companies mapped, roles in pipeline, overdue follow-ups, interviews this week and live offers, plus pipeline by status, an outreach funnel with conversion at each stage, and follow-up health.
