central guitar's is about 3-1/2" wide, showing the back side with my logo and contact info, with 2 guitar side flaps that fold in, overlapping, both are in the shape of a bass guitar. 

The left guitar has my sheet music, to my own song that I composed, called "Keep Of The Promise", composed in 1989, sung into a cassette recorder on tape, when I was 15, then written down properly, as sheet music, in arranging and composing class in 1992. 

The right side guitar flap says, "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE MAN WHO PLUCKS MY HEART STRINGS", white on black background. Taupe mousse chocolate brown area holding the guitars together as a base block color. Use an A7 envelope, or 5.25" x 7 25" size, to send and give.
