Welcome to the Bronze Arts Award in Manga & Anime

A creative qualification for aspiring artists who love drawing characters, stories, and creatures like Pokémon!

What is the Bronze Arts Award?

The Bronze Arts Award is a nationally recognised Level 1 Award in the Arts, accredited by Trinity College London and supported by Arts Council England. You'll complete four parts:

  • Part A: Take part in arts activities (drawing, creating manga, character design)
  • Part B: Be an audience member and review anime, manga, or animation events
  • Part C: Research and respond to an artist who inspires you
  • Part D: Share a skill by teaching someone how to draw or design their own manga/anime art


Course Access & Timeline

  • This course runs over 10 months with 1 project per month. Expected completion of the full award is 60 hours, make sure you keep record of your achievement.
  • You must complete all 10 months to qualify for submission.
  • Each month unlocks every 30 days from your enrolment date.
  • You will use a secure digital platform to upload your work and reflections.
  • Access will be set up within 48 hours of enrolment (Mon–Fri, 9am–4pm)

  • We do not offer discounts on monthly payment plans.
  • To complete your Bronze Award, all 10 projects must be finished and uploaded.
  • No skipping ahead — each project builds new skills!
