The Love Yourself Workbook
In this book, you’ll walk you through a series of exercises that help you acknowledge, accept, and love your lost parts. Soon you’ll discover the parts of yourself that need love, how to give them the self-love they need, and how to uncover the ‘true you’ that lies beneath the unloving scripts that have been running through your mind. You may notice the words loving yourself and self love used interchangeably. Although they are extremely similar, please remember this: Self-love is the "how" (the journey of actions and choices), while loving yourself is the "what" (the state of being and deep appreciation) that results from that journey.
