About
The Casla Hat is filled with intersecting cables and is named for the small village of Casla in County Galway, Ireland not far from the Atlantic coast. The rustic, rocky shore of this part of Ireland inspired all of the intertwining paths in this engaging, heavily-cabled hat.

The Casla Hat—with both written and charted directions—is exciting from the first stitch until the last. It is written in one size to be knit in worsted weight yarn for a classic and wearable finished object. It’s suitable for an intermediate knitter but interesting enough for a more advanced one.
