Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching and the level of access provided, all coaching programs, sessions, and digital products are non-refundable.
When you enroll in a coaching package, you are making a commitment to your own growth and transformation. Because of the time, preparation, and energy that goes into every session, no refunds will be issued once your payment or payment plan has begun.
If you are on a monthly payment plan, you are agreeing to complete all scheduled payments in full as outlined at the time of purchase. This policy ensures that both you and Amanda honor the investment and commitment made at the start of the program.
If at any point you experience a concern or challenge during your program, the first step is to reach out directly to hello@amandajustice.com so we can address and resolve the issue promptly.
Coaching is a collaborative process designed for accountability, clarity, and growth. Your results depend on your active participation and commitment throughout the program term.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by email. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited and not rescheduled.
In cases of emergency, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss options. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of a session without refund or credit.
