PROTOCOLO PARA LA EXTRACCION DE ADN MOSQUITO CON UN METODO SIN FENOL - PROTOCOL FOR EXTRACTING MOSQUITO DNA WITH A PHENOL-FREE METHOD

En el protocolo para la extracción de ADN de mosquitos con un método sin fenol, se realizó una disección de las patas, alas y cabeza de los mosquitos, descartando la cabeza ya que en ella se albergan parásitos. Luego se llevaron a cabo las respectivas incubaciones y centrifugaciones para así obtener el pellet que fue almacenado a temperatura de -20°C.

In the protocol for the extraction of DNA from mosquitoes using a phenol-free method, the legs, wings and head of the mosquitoes were dissected, discarding the head since it harbors parasites. The respective incubations and centrifugations were then carried out to obtain the pellet, which was stored at a temperature of -20°C.
