This babies Cardigan is worked in an 8ply cotton yarn. It features a beautiful lace stitch which creates a gorgeous scalloped edge. It has a round neck, set in sleeves and the pattern includes both long and short sleeve options. The short sleeve version is photographed in size 0 months and the long sleeve version shows size 12 months.

Yarn required: Patons 100% Cotton DK, 100g balls@210m.

Long Sleeves: 2 (2-2-3) balls.

Short Sleeves: 1 (2-2-2) balls.

 

Needles required: A pair of 4.00mm [UK 8, US 6] knitting needles.

Wool needle for sewing up.

 

Other requirements: A stitch holder; 4 (5-5-6) buttons.

 

Tension: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10cm [4 ins] over patt, using 4.00mm needles.
