Once your coaching session is approved and you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can book a time for your appointment from there. Generally, I use Skype for my online sessions.
For sure! You simply need to purchase another 60 Minute coaching again. If you have a larger project you would like to work on with me, I recommend purchasing my bulk pack of three sessions which is more cost effective for my clients. We would schedule your three sessions around a month apart.
