Gabe's Routines/Self help Book
I designed this book with the intention to give you guys a LOT of information that you can hopefully apply to the situation you are currently in. This book is supposed to help you be able to COACH yourself or at least give you more clarity on what to do. It also has listed the routines I follow during different times of my life, as well as my CURRENT lean/main routine to ensure we don’t get fat again, BUT pack on muscle. It covers topics such as how to fix skinnyfat, aggressive and regular deficits, binge eating and insomnia tips, and a lot more random tips I threw in there because I couldn't stop typing lol. These are things I already cover on my socials — however, in here it’s all organized and easier to come back to. I also will do regular updates on topics you guys want me to add to it. Its currently over 30 pages and will continue to grow as more topics/questions get asked. Trust me this is no cheap 5 minute project. This took work and im extremely proud of it.
