Who is this mentoring session for?
This session is for anyone who wants guidance, clarity and support to move forward. Whether you're starting a business, growing one, or simply feeling stuck, I'll help you create a realistic plan for your next steps.
Do I need to own a baking business?
Not at all. While I have years of experience running a successful home bakery, this mentoring is open to anyone wanting to build a business or create a life they love.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a questionnaire to complete before your session. This helps me understand where you are, what you're struggling with and what you want to achieve, so we can make the most of our time together.
How long is the session?
Your mentoring session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
How will the session take place?
Sessions are held online via Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere.
Can I ask anything?
Yes. This is your session. We can cover mindset, confidence, business ideas, social media, pricing, getting started, motivation, overcoming fear, or whatever you need help with.
Will I receive anything after the session?
Yes. You'll receive a personalised action plan with practical next steps based on everything we discussed.
Is this coaching or therapy?
No. This is mentoring based on my own business and life experience. It isn't therapy, counselling or professional legal, financial or medical advice.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes. Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment.
Are refunds available?
Due to the time set aside to prepare for your session, refunds aren't available once your booking has been confirmed. Please see the full Terms & Conditions for details.
What if I'm nervous?
Most people are. There's no judgement here. My goal is to give you a safe space to talk things through, help you see what's possible and leave with a clear plan for moving forward.

By purchasing a mentoring session with The Unwritten Project, you agree to the following:
• Your mentoring session lasts approximately 60 minutes and takes place online via Zoom.
• You'll receive a pre-session questionnaire before your session and a personalised action plan afterwards.
• Payment must be made in full before your session is confirmed.
• If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments or failure to attend are non-refundable.
• Due to the personalised nature of this service, refunds are not available once your session has been booked, except where required under UK consumer law.
• This mentoring is designed to provide guidance, support and accountability based on my own personal and business experience. It is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice or medical advice.
• While I will always give honest guidance and practical support, I cannot guarantee specific personal, business or financial results. Your progress depends on the actions you choose to take.
• Everything discussed during our mentoring session will remain confidential unless I believe there is a legal obligation to disclose information or there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
• Your personalised action plan is provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared or resold.

This session is available for existing clients who have already completed an initial 1:1 Mentoring Session.
Some clients leave their first session with everything they need and never require a follow up, while others choose to book one or more sessions for extra guidance and accountability as they continue their journey.
There is absolutely no obligation to book a follow up session. They're simply available if and when you feel you need a little extra support.
