Hi, I’m Samantha Bachota — a certified Somatic Trauma-Informed Coach and Narcissistic Abuse Healing Practitioner, accredited through ICF and CPD. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for deep self-exploration, healing, and growth.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, recovering from narcissistic abuse, or reconnecting with your authentic self, I’m here to walk beside you — not above you — as you reclaim clarity, confidence, and inner trust.

As a mother of two loving, adventurous boys, I believe our relationships (especially with our children) often reflect the parts of ourselves that still need tending. That’s why I lead by example — doing my own inner work and staying committed to lifelong learning to support yours.

At the heart of it all: the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself.
