Lust

These delicate lace socks were inspired by the deadly sin of lust. There is something inherently feminine about lace and the little peek of skin showing through. The lace on these socks is easy to knit, but makes for a great eye catcher. These socks are knit top down.

Sizing
Pattern is written for size small (62 stitch cast on), medium (66 stitch cast on) and large (70 stitch cast on).

Gauge
Gauge is 9 stitches per inch and 11 rows per inch in stockinette on larger needles.

Materials
• 420 meters (460 yards) of fingering weight yarn.
• 2.25 mm (US 1) double pointed or circular needles.
• 2.5 mm (US 1.5) double pointed or circular needles.
• 3.0 mm (US 2.5) double pointed or circular needles.
• Cable needle.
• Tapestry needle.

Sample
Sample was knit in Schoppel-wolle Zauberball (420 meters (460 yards) per 100 grams) in colorway Cranberries. Sample has a 9” foot and is size small. Sample used 58 grams and 244 meters (267 yards).
