UK Edition: After an Incident: Restorative Repair Conversation and Staff Debrief Forms, SEND KS4

Forms for the hour and the day after a serious incident. The pupil side uses five restorative questions with a written and a visual version. The staff side is a short debrief that asks what happened before, during and after, and what would help next time.

There is also a template for updating parents and carers in plain, neutral language, and a timing guide so nobody tries to repair too soon.
