Falckenhagen: Six Partitas by John Schneiderman
A student of the great Silvius Leopold Weiss, Adam Falckenhagen is perhaps the most significant composer from the twilight of the lute. Similar to C.P.E. Bach, Falckenhagen was a progressive modernist, a masterof the current style who was searching out new musical territory.
