free velocity scenes with topaz and flowframes (480 fps)

8 velo clips, 4 topaz upscaled and 4 non topaz upscaled.

its been processed in "Flowframes" so the fps is 480. Slow the clip how you like with time remap then twixtor. on capcut or alight motion i dont know how to do it but i guess you just slow the clip and it will stay smooth 60
