Lunar Time Cycle
Lunar Time Cycle
Lunar Time Cycle is a specialized lunar timing tool designed for traders, cycle researchers, and students of W.D. Gann who study future turning points through the repeating motion of the Moon. Some organizations have reportedly sold the Lunar Time Cycle for as much as $5,000.
The application is based on a lunar sequence I decoded from W.D. Gann’s mystery book, The Tunnel Thru the Air. In that work, Gann concealed numerical clues that led me to an alternating Moon longitude sequence of 73 degrees, then 97 degrees, then 73 degrees, then 97 degrees, repeating forward through time.
This Lunar Time Cycle is not tied to any specific market. The user can select an anchor date and project the repeating lunar sequence forward to study potential timing windows in any market, instrument, or research subject.
The software allows the user to enter a starting anchor date, an ending date, and one of four observable time zones. The program then calculates each future date and time when the Moon has advanced through the alternating 73-degree and 97-degree longitude sequence.
The purpose of Lunar Time Cycle is to help the trader isolate future date windows where the Moon’s repeated movement may correspond with important market rhythm, timing pressure, or possible trend-change zones.
Similar Lunar Time Cycle research has reportedly been sold by others in the financial industry for as much as $5,000. This application makes the timing method practical, organized, and usable through a simple software interface.
Key Functions
- Accepts a user-defined starting anchor date
- Accepts a user-defined ending date
- Supports Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific observable time settings
- Calculates the Moon’s longitude from the selected anchor date
- Projects the Moon forward using the alternating 73-degree and 97-degree sequence
- Repeats the lunar sequence continuously through the selected ending date
- Identifies future lunar timing windows based on Moon longitude movement
- Allows the user to choose where the output CSV file will be written
- Exports the calculated lunar cycle dates and times to a CSV file
- Uses astronomical lunar motion rather than fixed calendar-day counts
- Designed as a universal lunar timing tool, not a system tied to only one market
- Useful for comparing projected lunar timing dates against market highs, lows, and turning points
Output
The software creates a projected lunar timing schedule showing each future cycle point generated by the alternating 73-degree and 97-degree Moon longitude sequence. The output is written to a CSV file so the user can review the dates, compare them with market charts, and study whether important highs, lows, or trend changes appear near the projected lunar windows.
This gives the trader a simple but powerful way to study time through the motion of the Moon, using a cycle structure decoded from Gann’s symbolic writing and converted into a practical research tool.
