Please get in touch at any time if you're not satisfied. I want every client to be happy, and I'll always consider refund requests fairly on a case-by-case basis.
How does appointment scheduling work?
After payment, I'll contact you personally within 24 hours to arrange a session time that suits you. Nothing else to do — just keep an eye on your inbox.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
Of course! Most of my students sing with me regularly and simply pay monthly, by monthly invoice — you're welcome to purchase again whenever you'd like, or we can arrange a regular rhythm together once we've had your first session.
