Life flies by and then we ask ourselves,
WTF am I doing!? How did I get here!?
Making regular time to both reflect and then look forward informed by the past is a GAME CHANGER for moving towards a life that feels more fulfilling and fruitful.
Saturn Day is a way to pause—not only to set goals—but to reflect on our WHY. Why are we doing what we are doing? Is it effective? Does it feel good? What are we actually prioritizing?
my process
Hi, I'm G! I am a certified Digital Wellness Educator & creative coach.
I have committed to practicing Saturn Day, EVERY SINGLE MONTH, since March of 2021 and it's profoundly impacted every area of my life.
Saturn Day is a simple, self-guided container for reflection and goal-setting through a specific series of questions to return to once a month.
I have worked with this practice for YEARS before releasing it—changing the template, learning how to get the resistant parts of myself on board, and tracking powerful results in my life and the select few clients I've shared it with. I am so thrilled to now offer not only the outline for this practice, but also the distilled tips and tricks I’ve learned about sustaining it along the way.
I am excited for you to feel excited about self-assessment, rather than dreading it as a form of punishment or atonement.
I am stoked to offer a tool that helps make room for the natural TRIAL AND ERROR of life to be de-stigmatized + more FUN, effective, and rewarding!

There are plenty of people out there with offers that help improve "productivity" and organization. Saturn Day is about cultivating an authentic relationship to YOURSELF.
This course is designed to help you be more honest with yourself, and from that place of truth, step towards goals and choices that actually feel attainable! That meet you where you’re at! That change & evolve & grow as you do!
(maybe that means embracing your mess rather than trying to “get over it” or maybe that means uncovering courage and readiness for radical restructuring)

- Saturn Day will be especially fun and enjoyable for people who love to journal, write, or otherwise document their life. (It may be harder for those who don’t enjoy recording their process, but it could be the push you need to externalize your experience!)
- Saturn Day can help folks who are already involved in OR seeking to commit to: an artistic practice; staying grounded as an ambitious student; starting/running a business; getting involved in community organizing; building home routines; stepping into a leadership role, profession, sport, craft, hobby, or adventure.
- great for people who run businesses, are self-employed, or manage creative projects
- incredibly useful for anyone wanting to orient toward growth, care, and mindfulness.
- Saturn Day is for you if you willing to be a student to life and get curious about your inner-workings.
Is this NOT the course for you?
🚩 SATURN DAY RED FLAGS
- Saturn Day is NOT for people who want a “quick fix” to problems arising in their life, who aren’t willing to turn inward and investigate their own participation in the patterns unfolding before them.
- Saturn Day requires a collaborative effort and is NOT for people who want to be passively fed solutions or information.
"Saturn Day has been fundamental in my relationship to sorting out what I want, and how to get it. The Saturn day process helps me hone my energy & practice the art of prioritization easily & intuitively. Every month I look forward to this magical & manageable practice as a staple to anchor me into my larger life goals in a do-able way. I highly recommend this to creatives & mystics who have strong vision, who believe in non-linear paths of success and are looking for a grounded structure of reflective & active support."

"As someone with complicated relationships to time, routine, and self-discipline regarding my goals, I found Saturn Day so inspiring when G first shared it with me. Doing something once a month felt more attainable too. I was really excited. It was really the permission to just be in practice with reflecting and recording, more than perfectly working 'towards something' that really helped me integrate this as a practice. It’s been over a year now that i’ve been in this practice and it helps me feel so much more connected to the realities of my capacity, my desires, things I’m avoiding or anxious about, and my responsibilities."

FAQs

short answer: no! ZERO astrology knowledge necessary!
long answer: I named this practice Saturn Day, because Saturn represents discipline, focus, ambition, and goal-setting. But this class has pretty much nothing to do with astrology! It is a system of questions of guidance to set yourself up for routine to set goals monthly and organize your life to feel empowered to do the things you want to do.

Saturn Day is useful in targeted ways for people who are broadly ambitious, want to get a lot of work done, or are juggling multiple projects.
Saturn Day will be especially beneficial for self-employed people because it was designed by one! However, I increasingly use this model for organizing my HOME life! It can be used to set goals around self-care and chores, and to reflect on your internal landscape.
It can be helpful too for people who are working for a company or organization and want support clarifying what their role is and how to advocate for their growth.
So, if you're oriented towards emotional growth, spiritual growth, or justing wanting to KNOW YOURSELF better, you do NOT have to be self-employed or have specific professional goals to get value out of this course and be able to use it for WHATEVER your goals are oriented around.

Real talk: it might be harder for you to get the ball rolling in starting your own Saturn Day practice if you struggle with routine or historically have resistance to creating structure in your life.
I have set this course up to give you tips, tools, and encouragement along the way to support you in cultivating more discipline.
The intention of the Saturn Day practice is to create consistency around when and how we DIGEST the disorganized chaos of our ideas and life experiences. This is a guide for building routine to come back and anchor into every single month, but I can't promise that it will solve your issues with commitment immediately. That will take work and presence with the material on your end.

Yes! The questions in the Saturn Day template and the specific order they are placed in are designed to help you figure out what your goals are going to be! The questions start out by having you think about what you are ALREADY doing and how that's FEELING, to gain insight about how to move forward.
If you have no idea about what you want to do or what goals you want to set, Saturn Day could help you narrow down a direction to TRY ON. It get's to be trial and error! You get to set a goal, see how it works, and then come back to again & again to figure out if that goal was a good fit or not. It's a continual learning process around which direction to move.

All the time in the world. It's self-paced. You can return to it whenever you want and need to.
more about G
This course was designed by me, G! (You can read my official bio here.) I believe Saturn Day can uniquely serve people from MANY different backgrounds and abilities, AND, it feels important to share some of the identities, beliefs, and experiences that I hold, so you know what vantage point I’m working from in achieving so much success with this model:
I’m white (primarily Ashkenazi Jewish and mixed European heritage). I was born, raised, and currently reside on the West Coast of the United States. I’m neurodivergent (CPTSD, PME, and ADHD). I’m queer AF (in sexuality, gender, relationship orientation, and politics). I’ve been part-time self-employed since 2018 and full-time self-employed since 2020. I’ve always been working-class, with a background in the food service industry. I graduated both high school and college (with debt). I am a very Saturnian person (Aquarius Sun and Mercury + Capricorn Venus, Uranus, Neptune, and Descendant). I’m deeply spiritual (with strong influence from Jewish mysticism, Buddhism, Hinduism, Pagan and ancient Green Witch practices). I believe EVERYONE deserves access to clean water, food, shelter, healthcare, and basic income—and I don’t think that’s actually very radical.
