The Serum 2 presets were missing a file and when I asked for the file...I was told I will get it to you....time and time again same response......I never trolled or asked for anything that I wasnt due with the purchase....just some tech support.....but to cap things off he blocked me on TikTok so that I couldnt ask for the files to make the preset work.....I think Dre has no ill intent but in this situation he has handled this all wrong....so on that note....buyers beware!!!!
