This is a MADE-TO-ORDER digital product, for digital download. No physical products will be shipped to your address.
This is a Paperback Formatting service, on the PREMIUM style, for one book only. This service is for only text and image formatting. The images included is for title pages, title chapter headers, scene breaks and other elements, such as: chat conversations balloons, paper notes, letters, drawings, etc. They can be all black pages and/or take up more than one page.
After purchasing, I'll contact you to ask the following information, so please make sure you have all this information ready:
- Title, subtitle and author name of the book;
- Manuscript of the book already proofreaded and edited in Word Document (.doc, .docx; PDF files won't be accepted);
- Isolated texts of the book cover in JPG or PNG (author name, title and subtitle — or the name of the fonts used on the cover);
- Image of the Book Cover (optional, but appreciated);
- Your preferences for the formatting.
ABOUT THE SERVICE
STEP 1: With the file and information received, I will make a preview of the paperback formatting of the first chapter or the first ten pages and send it to the client for approval. The client can choose to approve and continue with the service as it is, or can request changes, such as: fonts, text layout, page marking layout, images. Margins will not be changed as they match the standards requested from KDP or IngramSpark.
STEP 2: Once the preview is approved, I'll keep the service until the end of the book. A new preview, this time of the complete book, will be sent to a new revision for the client, so that it is checked if the client wants to change ONLY something relative of the text (such as proofreading issues, typos, etc). Nothing in the layout/formatting itself will be changed. The client is limited to up to 50 free textual changes. After that, a fee proportional to the amount of changes will be charged, an amount to be decided at the end for balance.
STEP 3: With the possible textual changes made and the final formatting approved, the formatting PDF file will be sent, and it's ready for use.
IMPORTANT
- This service is for one book only. If you need it for a series, you'll need to purchase this listing for each book, or contact me for a package at a special price.
- This service is for only text and image formatting. The images included is for title pages, title chapter headers, scene breaks and other elements, such as: chat conversations balloons, paper notes, letters, drawings, etc. They can be all black pages and/or take up more than one page.
- Images used on the formatting are from stock photos from DepositPhotos. They are limited to 500,000 print copies and 500,000 ebook sales copies. If you would like unlimited usage/an extended license, please let me know. There will be an additional charge. Custom illustrations are not included in this service.
- The final file of the formatting will be sent as PDF. It's for use on Paperback or Hardcover ONLY. Ebook formatting not included, and it will not work if you try to use it as Ebook/Epub.
- Sending the open file, as well as fonts and other materials used in formatting, is not included in the service, and it's not negotiable.
- The book cover design rights remains with the designer. You can’t duplicate or copy this formatting, for example, for a second book. You can only use this formatting for your book, in the format that you purchased. If you need formatting for other books, contact me.
- If you need the formatting for more than 1 (one) trim size or format, contact me and I'll make a promotional package for you.
- The listing images are only illustrative and from previous works. Each project will be unique and exclusive.
