This browser app keeps clients, rates and entries in one place and flags billed work past your payment terms. WHAT IT DOES

• Start timer with client, task type, who is working and hourly rate; Stop saves the time rounded the way you set

• Manual entries with start and end time, break, hours, rate and notes

• Home stats: Today, This week vs your weekly goal, Unbilled hours, Unbilled amount, Overdue

• Needs your attention list: billed work past your payment terms and unbilled hours by client

• Each entry marked Billable or Non-billable, and Unbilled, Billed or Paid

• Unbilled by client list with hours and dollars

• Weekly timesheet and Monthly summary views

• Create invoice summary: a text summary of unbilled hours for a client, with Copy and Print buttons

• Setup: business name, default rate, currency, weekly hours goal, payment terms and time rounding

• Dropdowns with common choices plus "Type your own"; your own entries are remembered

• Upload entries from CSV with a template and a preview; export CSV

• Backup and Restore to save a copy or move to another device, plus Print timesheet

• 4 color themes (Executive slate, Studio cream, Forest, Ocean), and Load example to see it filled in first

Your data stays in this browser on this device. It works offline after it opens and sends nothing off your device.

LIMITS

• It isn't payroll software and doesn't calculate tax.

• It doesn't send invoices or take payments; the invoice summary is text you copy or print for your own invoice.

• Data lives in one browser. Use Backup to keep a copy.
