WHAT YOU GET (46 sheets)

Every working sheet appears TWICE: first filled in as a worked example so you can see what a usable entry looks like, then the identical sheet completely blank for you. 23 examples, 23 blanks.

KNOW

· The home - the facts a surveyor, a plumber or a buyer asks for first

· Systems map - every control, its age, its exact location

· What fits here - the precise filter, bulb and cartridge codes for THIS house, so anyone can buy the right one without measuring

· Appliances - model and serial number, recorded while the label is still readable

· Warranties & documents - a map to where they are, never the documents themselves

SCHEDULE

· Paint & finishes - the codes you'll want in three years when one wall gets touched up and doesn't match

· Measurements - the dimensions you keep re-measuring, taken once

· Improvements - what was changed and by whom, the record an insurer or surveyor eventually asks for

· Photo record - where the evidence lives, gathered before anything goes wrong

· Cost history - what this house actually costs to keep

HANDOFF

· The handoff - one sheet, one question: if someone else owned this house tomorrow, what would they need to know?

HOW IT WORKS

Write WHERE things are, not WHAT they are. No account numbers, no policy numbers, no passwords. This book should be safe to hand to a plumber standing in your kitchen - that's the test, and it's the reason there is nowhere in it to write a password.
