• Do not redistribute, resell, give away, or reupload files to other sites. When you purchase this avatar, its files and license belongs to you and you only. It cannot be paysplit or shared with anybody else, outside of gifting. If the product is a gift, it must be listed as such at checkout with that person's details instead of your own.
• These files may not be used for Commercial use or resold in any way, even if edited. This includes selling edits, remakes, or reselling any variant as "upload only." You may, however, sell or give away assets or textures you have made.
• Commissioned edits may be made if both parties own the avatar. (This can be verified either by me or by roles in the Discord server, if they are verified. It's not a requirement to double-check, but will ensure that the person you are working with obtained it legally.)
• For personal use only - do not port to other games, upload to other sites, or use for commercial projects. Porting to other games is allowed if it is only visible to you.

• You may "Frankenstein"/kitbash assets from this avatar with others. (With credits.)
• I am not accountable if anything on the avatar breaks due to edits.
• If you fill out any checkout information incorrectly (i.e. giving a fake username or link, or none at all), I reserve the right to blacklist you for doing so.
• Lastly, do not search for loopholes in my TOS. Examples of this may include: exploiting technicalities to justify getting around rules; making suggestive edits that are 'technically' not NSFW due to not having parts; or remaking the avatar to avoid following TOS entirely (because it was 'technically' not made by me).
