YOU MAY:

• Edit the avatar/asset and its files.
• Upload edits as PUBLIC on VRChat, with significant edits. (For example, a retexture would be allowed. A public reupload with only a couple assets added to the original would NOT be allowed.)
• Create and sell EXTERNAL assets for the avatar/asset, as long as no original files are included.
• Commission edits including the avatar/asset, as long as both parties own the files.
• Make "adoptables" using 3D assets/avatars purchased from me, given that the buyer also owns the files.
• "Frankenstein" or kitbash assets from this avatar with others, with credit.
• Port the model to other games, as long as it cannot be downloaded by others.
• Use the avatar for streaming.
• Use the model for animation.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Remove any watermarks or claim my models as your own, from-scratch creations.
• Use the model for hate speech, discrimination, or slander.
• Make public NSFW edits of my avatars.
• Distribute the files to anyone else under ANY circumstances. This includes "price splitting," giving files for commissions, and trading files with others.
• Use assets for commercial purposes. (Resale, merchandise, etc.)
• Port the model to a platform where it can be downloaded. (Sketchfab, Steam Workshop, etc.)
• Incorrectly fill out information at checkout, even if the avatar/asset is free.
• Use the model for any kind of Generative AI or NFTs.

ALL 3D ASSETS AND AVATARS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Edited versions of any files can NOT be resold.

This includes selling any files that include the original assets, even if heavily edited. You may, however, sell or give away assets and textures you have made to fit the purchased avatar. This also applies to creators selling avatars as "upload only."

I do not offer Commercial Use licenses at this time.

OWNERSHIP

You may not redistribute, resell, give away, or reupload files to other sites. When you purchase an avatar, the license to use and edit its files belongs to you and you only. It cannot be paysplit or shared with anybody else.

If the product is a gift, it must be listed as such at checkout with that person's details instead of your own.

If you are commissioning an edit of an avatar purchased from me, or if you would like to commission an avatar that uses one of my assets, BOTH parties must already own the product.

You may not give the files to anyone under any circumstances, even if they claim to delete them afterwards.

(I am open to verifying ownership, if you'd like to contact me to do so before taking on a commission.)

REFUND POLICY

Due to avatar and asset products being digital, they are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deletion of purchased files can never truly be proved.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

AGREEMENT

By purchasing any avatar or asset from me, you agree to my Terms.

If you are found to be violating these terms in any way, you will be permanently blacklisted from commissioning me or purchasing from my store.

It is my decision whether or not to blacklist someone, and I cannot make exceptions in the case that someone mistakenly violates these terms.
