Once I receive your intake form (right below this section), your programs will be sent out weekly on Sunday. On Thursday, I send out either a set of questions or a google form to access the week and your progress before the next form is set out again on Sunday.
Once you purchase a session/ set of sessions, I will contact you within 48hrs to plan and schedule each session. (Be on the lookout for an email from trainingwithkam@gmail.com)!!
