How Distance Reiki Works

Distance Reiki allows healing energy to be shared without physical presence.

Before beginning your session, I'll carefully read the intention you provide and prepare the healing specifically for you. During the session, I focus on channeling Reiki energy while holding your intentions with care, compassion, and presence.

Many people enjoy scheduling a quiet time to lie down, meditate, or simply relax while receiving the session. This is completely optional—Reiki can also be received even if you're going about your normal day.

There is no phone call, video call, or direct personal contact during the session.
