Is this for the gym or at home?
- Either, most exercises can be completed easily at either, a few I've given options for both
What equipment will I need if training at home?
- A long resistance band, something to anchor the band to and a single dumbbell - resistance and weight of these will depend on your strength levels
Do I need to warm up before completing the plan?
- Yes, there is a warm up included in the plan
How long does the plan take?
- I recommend between 4-6 weeks, but it might take you slightly longer, or it might be something you continually refer back to alongside other training
What if I get too strong and move too well?
- With great power comes great responsibility
