Building new USEFUL habits is not as easy as it seems, but if you have a system and every day you see what path has already been covered, it becomes easier to move forward.

I created this tracker over 2 years ago and in that time I've left at least 6 bad habits in the past and built 5 good ones that have made my life so much better!
