The Small Team Sprint Kit: 15 Retro Formats, Ceremony Agendas + Notion & Google Sheets Templates

Asked to "run the retro" with ten minutes' notice? Tired of the same Start/Stop/Continue every fortnight? This kit gives small teams everything they need to run sprints that feel useful, not like admin.

What's inside

• 21-page PDF guide: step-by-step agendas, checklists and pitfalls for Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review and the Retrospective
• 15 retrospective formats, each with timings, steps, prompts, a facilitator tip and a remote tip. Classics (Start/Stop/Continue, 4 Ls, Sailboat, Starfish, Five Whys, Lean Coffee) plus fresh ones like The Playlist Retro, Two Wins and a Snag, the Experiments Board and a 15-minute Micro-Retro for busy weeks
• Google Sheets / Excel workbook: capacity planner, sprint log (completion % and goal-hit rate calculated for you), retro action tracker, health check with colour scales, a random retro-format picker and a working agreement tab
• Notion import pack: Markdown pages and CSV databases (Retro Formats, Retro Actions, Sprint Log, Health Check) with a 3-minute import guide
• Printable worksheets: Sprint Goal Canvas, retro boards and a Team Working Agreement
• Starter Definition of Done and Definition of Ready, 10 check-in questions, 8 retro anti-patterns with fixes, and tips for non-software teams

Who it's for: new Scrum Masters and product owners, team leads in small businesses and agencies, and anyone facilitating a team of 3 to 9.
