Add your logo and name

1. Open the Word file and replace the Agency Logo box with your logo.
2. Replace Agency Name in the letterhead and on the rate-detail page.
3. Replace the address, phone, email, and website.
4. Delete the instructions page, save, and send pages 1 and 2 to the client; keep page 3 for the office.
