An autistic young man named Victor Michini DOB 6-20-2002, mysteriously died while under the care of the Lanterman Regional Center 3303 Wilshire Blvd Suite 700 Los Angeles, CA 90010. His caseworker was Hrag Hamboyan 213-252-8618. Victor was housed at a group home located at 235 E. 43rd Street Los Angeles, CA 90010. Victor told me that an undocumented, illegal was staying in his room, and gave him a vape pen around Friday October 2nd, 2026. Early Saturday morning October 3rd, 2026 Victor left me a text message and voicemail saying his phone wasn't working correctly 213-218-8267. When I tried calling Victor, it went directly to voicemail. Late Saturday evening, someone from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner office said Victor Michini had been found deceased. They said they will do a toxicology report. The call came in Saturday morning October 10th, 2026. I had tried to call Kyle, the caseworker at the group home around Tuesday, to see what happened to Victor, Kyle said Victor wandered off around Saturday October 3rd, 2026. The medical examiner said Victor didn't have any belongings on him, so his cell phone is missing.
