Aisol Hero Fader
A full-width hero slideshow for Framer: each slide drifts in a slow Ken Burns zoom while its own heading, text and button fade in one after another.
What you get
- One Framer code component (Aisol Hero Fader), delivered as a Component URL.
- Four drawn sample landscapes with copy, so it looks finished the moment you drop it in.
- Image or MP4 slides, each with its own heading, text, button, focus point, text position and darkening.
- Free updates.
How it differs from Framer's built-in slideshow
- Ken Burns zoom toward a focus point you choose, per slide.
- Per-slide copy with a staggered entrance (heading, then text, then button).
- Numbered or plain progress tabs that fill with the timing and jump to a slide.
How it behaves
- A pause button is always visible (WCAG 2.2.2); its labels can be changed or left empty for an icon.
- Autoplay pauses on mouse hover, on keyboard focus, off screen and in a hidden tab.
- Only the current slide is in the tab order and announced ("2 of 4"); arrow keys change slides, Space pauses.
- Only the current video plays; the others stay paused and are not preloaded.
- On phones a sideways swipe changes slides and an up-down swipe scrolls the page.
- Reduced motion shows the first slide still, with no autoplay and no zoom. The Framer canvas shows the first slide.
- Slides can come from the panel or from a Collection List, read by layer name and never changed.
Limits
Videos must be MP4 and play muted. Text sits on the image, so use the darkening control to keep contrast. A slide's button shows only when it has a link. Screen reader labels are in English. Turn off the Collection List's pagination.
Requirements
Any Framer project. No plugins, no API keys.
