Elm Street Quilts Cape Hatteras Mini

Cape Hatteras is one of the iconic lighthouse on the North Carolina Outer Banks.  This mini fiinished just over 5 1/2 '' tall and is 5'' wide.  The pattern is applique and assumes the maker has experience with applique technique.
