It moves slowly through the pattern you've been living from — where it began, the protection that once kept you safe and now keeps you at arm's length from what you want, the moment you're still quietly choosing it, and what it might mean to live from somewhere else.

It isn't a course to finish. It's closer to a room you can come back into whenever you need it. Each movement gives you something to sit with and something to notice in ordinary life, at whatever pace is honest for you. Anything you write stays with you.
