Prayer is essentially a conversation with God. It involves praising Him, expressing gratitude, confessing our shortcomings, and bringing our requests to Him. You can pray anytime and anywhere, whether silently or out loud. The Bible encourages us to pray with a sincere heart (Philippians 4:6-7) and to pray continually (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18).
