Job Application Tracker Spreadsheet | Excel Google Sheets Template with Interview Prep & Dashboard

Stop losing track of who you applied to, when to follow up, and who still owes you a reply. This Job Application Tracker Spreadsheet turns your job search into one simple system: log every application, watch your pipeline on a dashboard, and walk into every interview prepared.

Built for anyone job hunting — new grads, career changers, and experienced professionals applying to multiple roles at once.

What's inside:- Application Tracker — log company, role, date applied, source and salary for every application. A Status dropdown (Applied, Interview, Offer, Rejected) color-codes each row automatically.- Smart Follow-up Alerts — the Follow-up Date column turns red when a follow-up is overdue and yellow when one is due within 3 days, so nothing falls through the cracks while a role is still open.- Dashboard — see your whole pipeline at a glance: total applications, counts per status, response rate, interview rate, offer rate and overdue follow-ups, all calculated automatically from the Tracker.- Interview Prep Sheet — a row per interview round with company research notes, interviewer, format, questions to ask and post-interview notes, so you walk in ready.
