Secret Garden is a stylish and romantic shawlette. It is an asymmetrical triangle worked on bias, sideways from the tip to the bind off edge. It has a wide lace panel made in pretty wave stitch pattern and a garter stitch border finished with adorable picots.

Yarn
1 skein of Woollala Perfect Trilogy ( 70% wool merino, 20% Silk, 10% goat – cashmere goat; 400m / 437y per 100g ) or about 400m / 437y of any other fingering weight yarn.
Shown in “Extra Virgin” colorway.
Note: The yardage is estimated.
Needles
4.0 mm (US #6) circular needles ( 80 cm / 32” long ).
Additional materials
stitch markers (optionally), row counter, tapestry needle for weaving ends.
Gauge
21 sts and 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 “ - in garter stitch worked flat with 4.0 mm (US #6) needles, after wet blocking.
Obtaining the correct gauge is not necessary in case of this project, however all differences will affect the finished size of the item as well as the required yardage. I recommend to weight yarn and make a swatch - if your gauge will be looser than given one, it may turn out that the amount of yarn is insufficient. I have used almost whole skein (98g – 392m / 429y).
