CADDYCLOTH Buyer Refund-Window Soft Reply Pack

Polite refund-window answers that stay soft. Soft-ack the ask, map whether they're inside Payhip's window, point them to the receipt → refund request path, skip the push when they're already refunding or angry — never invent deadlines, never override Payhip, never argue the policy.
