Sleep is one of the most important parts of our life.

The idea is to gently scramble your thoughts, so that your mind doesn't get stuck on one idea or topic. It just keeps flowing.

In this guided meditation, I'll get the ball rolling for you with a journey through random words. In the background, you'll hear some relaxing music by Thaddeus. 

The final word is "sleep," after which there will be some silence and relaxing music at the end in which you can continue with the method by creating your own list of random words. This will help you to train your own mind to use this technique on your own.
