The Sealed Grimoire- Book 3 The Black Aperture

The Black Aperture

Book Three of The Divination War

By Zachary Blessing

Beyond the first seal, even mercy can become a trap.

Something is awakening at Iriath—an impossible presence learning to speak, to choose, and to understand its own existence. Across the connected worlds, countless voices reach toward it. Some offer welcome. Others bring names, worship, expectations, and claims.

Every offer threatens to shape what it will become.

For Kaelen, Vaelira, Nyra, and Borruk, protecting this fragile awakening demands more than strength or magick. They must recognize the moment guidance becomes command, sanctuary becomes confinement, and love begins closing the very doors it promised to keep open.

Beyond the Grimoire’s first seal, the deeper roots of the Divination War remain alive. As ancient dangers intertwine with the hunger to protect, the companions must question their own place in the world they have struggled to save.

Who watches those entrusted with keeping others safe? And who remains free to walk away?

Following The Sealed Grimoire and The Living Witness, The Black Aperture carries the saga into strange realms, haunting magick, and an unsettling struggle over belonging, freedom, and the power to let go.
