By purchasing, downloading, or using any alphabet (“alpha”) design from Whitaker & Co Customs, you agree to the following terms:
Commercial Use Included
Your purchase includes a commercial-use license for use on physical end products that you create and sell, including but not limited to:
- T-shirts
- Tumblers
- Mugs
- Decals
- Stickers
- Bags
- Signs
- Other handmade or printed physical products
You May
✔ Use the alpha designs for personal projects.
✔ Use the alpha designs on physical products for commercial sale.
✔ Resize, recolor, and combine the letters with your own designs for finished products.
✔ Create personalized items for customers using the alpha designs.
You May NOT
✘ Resell, share, gift, trade, or redistribute the digital files.
✘ Upload the files to any website for others to download.
✘ Claim the artwork as your own.
✘ Trace, copy, recreate, or alter the designs for resale as digital products.
✘ Sell the alphabet, individual letters, or modified versions as digital downloads.
✘ Use the designs to create competing alphabet sets, clipart, fonts, embroidery files, or other digital resources for resale.
✘ Transfer your license to another person or business.
Digital Product Policy
- This is a digital product only. No physical item will be shipped.
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once files have been downloaded.
Copyright & Ownership
All alphabet designs remain the intellectual property of Whitaker & Co Customs. Purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial-use license and does not transfer copyright ownership.
License Violations
Unauthorized sharing, copying, redistribution, resale, or reproduction of these files may result in license termination and legal action.
