Take control of your credit-dispute organization with HCS Dispute Desk—a private, customer-controlled workspace that helps you organize disputed information, create personalized letters, record results, and manage follow-up rounds in one convenient place.

Instead of repeatedly entering the same information or trying to manage scattered notes and documents, you can save relevant details inside your private Desk and choose exactly what should appear in each letter.

With HCS Dispute Desk, you can:

• Save the name, mailing address, date of birth, and other sender information that should appear on your letters

• Organize accounts reported by Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion

• Enter account or reference numbers exactly as shown on your credit reports

• Record and dispute inaccurate personal information

• Save hard inquiries and select the bureaus where each inquiry appears

• Choose from multiple dispute reasons, including inaccurate balances, account statuses, payment history, dates, ownership, duplicate reporting, identity issues, and more

• Add supporting-document information when proof is available—or continue without documents when it is not

• Select up to five accounts for a credit-bureau letter

• Create separate letters for Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion

• Create direct-company dispute letters for creditors, furnishers, servicers, collectors, and debt buyers

• Keep credit-bureau letters separate from direct-company letters

• Review and edit every letter before using it

• Generate another approved wording version or restore the original version

• Print letters or save them as PDFs

• Organize letters by Draft—Review Needed, Ready to Send, Sent—Waiting for Results, Results Recorded, and Archived status

• Record different results for Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion

• Create appropriate follow-up letter drafts based on the results you record

• Track Round 1, Round 2, and later dispute activity

• View sent dates, recorded results, reminders, and follow-up rounds through My Timeline

• Automatically move fully deleted or corrected accounts to Resolved Items

• Keep unresolved accounts under Needs Attention for continued follow-up

• Use the built-in Help Center for quick guidance

• Open or download the complete illustrated HCS Dispute Desk User Guide with written instructions and screenshots

Your saved information remains inside your private HCS Dispute Desk and is accessible only through your account.

Designed for beginners

You do not need previous credit-dispute experience to use the Desk. The included visual user guide walks you through activation, personal-information setup, adding accounts and inquiries, choosing the correct letter type, reviewing letters, printing or saving letters, recording results, handling follow-up rounds, and using Resolved Items and My Timeline.

How access works

HCS Dispute Desk access is manually activated to help protect customer privacy. Please allow up to 24 hours for activation, although most customers receive access sooner.

You must use the same email address used for your Payhip purchase. After your purchase is approved, activation instructions will be sent to that email address.

Customers should check their Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders if the activation email is delayed. A direct activation link may also be provided when necessary.

Important information

HCS Dispute Desk is a self-directed organizational and letter-preparation tool. It does not provide legal advice, credit-repair services, or guaranteed results.

The Desk does not send, mail, email, upload, or submit dispute letters on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing every letter and sending it to the appropriate recipient.

Customers are responsible for verifying all names, addresses, account information, account numbers, dispute reasons, dates, requested outcomes, legal wording, and supporting-document information before using a letter.

Select only dispute reasons that truthfully describe the information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, unauthorized, outdated, or not yours. Do not state that documents are enclosed unless you are actually providing copies.

Credit-reporting agencies, creditors, furnishers, servicers, collectors, debt buyers, and other recipients determine the outcome of every dispute.

Purchasing HCS Dispute Desk does not guarantee deletions, corrections, score increases, approvals, or any particular outcome.

Access remains available while HCS Dispute Desk continues to be offered and supported, subject to the product terms and acceptable-use requirements.
