All coaching services are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of manifestation coaching, once a session or email coaching has been delivered, refunds are not offered.
Client satisfaction is important. If you feel your coaching did not meet your expectations, you may request a one-time redo of your coaching within 14 days of your original session or final email response. Requests must be submitted in writing within the 14-day window and must clearly explain what you feel was not addressed. The redo will be provided in the same format as the original coaching service.
Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for revision. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits are offered under any circumstances.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By purchasing coaching services, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider. Attempting to dispute a charge after coaching has been delivered constitutes a violation of this agreement.
Clients who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services already rendered forfeit the right to any further coaching, revisions, or future services. Documentation of services rendered will be provided to the payment processor if a dispute is filed.
