Last resort Planner -> AuDHD friendly
A planner for women who abandon planners. No dates, no streaks, nothing to catch up on.
Most planners quietly punish a gap. Dated pages stack up unused, a streak breaks, and the thing you bought to help turns into evidence against you. So it goes in the drawer.
These three pages are from The Day Engine, which is built the other way round — it assumes you will disappear, and it is designed for the day you come back.
What you get, free:
- One filled-in day — a worked example of somebody else's Tuesday, with the reason each field is there written down the side. That is the whole instruction manual.
- The "Today" sheet — blank and undated. Print it as many times as you like. Tomorrow's sheet keeps no score about today's.
- "Welcome back" — the page for the day you remember this exists. Two minutes, nothing owed, nothing overdue.
Print on A4. Black and white does the same job. Nothing is dated, so nothing expires.
