Golden Qi Ball - Qigong Instruction

Recorded in 2016, this is an instructional video on how to practice a Qigong set called "Golden Qi Ball." It is not a "practice-along" video (in other words, I teach you how to do the movements here, but the video does not include the full practice without me stopping between each movement for verbal instruction).

Golden Qi Ball is an easy standing Qigong practice that focuses on cultivating flexibility in the spine.
