How It Works:

1. Purchase & Intake Form – After checkout, you’ll receive an intake form to share your business details and preferences.
2. Contract - It will include all the details of what was discussed, my obligations, etc.
3. Kickoff Call– We’ll meet for 30 minutes to go over your goals and confirm your package direction.
4. Your Part– While you work through your Business Foundation Workbook, I’ll design your logo, brand board, business card, flyer/social graphic, and one-page business plan.
5. Delivery & Revisions – You’ll receive your deliverables within 2 weeks. Two rounds of revisions is included for your logo, business card, flyer/graphic, and business plan (deliverables).
6. Final Review – We’ll meet for a 30-minute follow-up to wrap up, answer questions, and finalize your package.

Refund & Revision Policy

All sales are final due to the custom and digital nature of design services. Each project includes two revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $25 per round.

Copyright & Usage Notice

Final approved designs are owned by the client for personal and business marketing use. Creative Bloom Consulting retains rights to display completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes.
