The Awakening

At the World Space Administration (W.S.A.), a group of elite candidates from various nations, and a variety of very special disciplines, participate in the competition to be the crew to undertake the first manned mission to Mars.

Rigorous training schedules, mishaps and a number of personal issues – never completely buried – haunt them as they prepare.

But nothing can prepare them for what they encounter on Mars, nor what they bring back.
