I created this meal prep plan because I know exactly how overwhelming dinner time can feel.
Iām a mum of two, and over the years Iāve dealt with food allergies, fussy eating, and the daily 5pm scramble to figure out what on earth to feed everyone.
Iāve had weeks where Iāve stared into the fridge hoping dinner would magically appear ā and others where Iāve nailed it with a bit of prep and felt like an actual kitchen ninja (usually with a child hanging off my leg and cold tea on the side).
Through trial, error, and a lot of last-minute toast dinners, I figured out a way to prep five proper meals in about an hour ā and itās changed the game for us.
This guide is what I wish I had a few years ago: realistic, flexible, and written with busy mums in mind. No faff, no fancy ingredients ā just a bit of structure to take the pressure off and give you back your evenings.
