Now more than ever, we are being called to remember who we truly are, to facilitate a change as a collective, to shine our on light "Soul Light" facilitates a subtle yet powerful shift in your personal energy flow, working with your own energy field, chakras, meridian system, and your own multidimensional golden threads & divine guides.
Calibrating your own soul energy promotes integration of all the self work you have done in this, and other timelines, it strengthens your own personal soul power, it supports your nervous system, and sheds light on the positive changes you want to make & see in your life, in love, in business and within your soul.
How it works: Click the book here button, it will take you to the checkout page, once you have purchased, I will be in touch via email, to set a time & date that works for you *Please note I only have certain times & dates available* and although you will be asked for a physical address at checkout, nothing will be posted to you.
** Please note soul lights can be done as a face to face session for the energy healing part, with the oracle card part of the session done as an email report, soul lights can also be done via a virtual distance session, you can either be present via zoom, or you can choose not to be present at all, it still works just as powerfully, however you choose to receive this session.
Each session includes a consultation before the actual healing session begins, please also 30-45 mins for this, and 45-60 mins for the actual healing session, plus additional time for me to do the oracle reading part of your session.
Total time you may be in session is 90-130 mins so please allow for this.
*You will also receive a consent form to read & sign before any session begins, plus a pdf to prepare you for treatment.
** On the day of the session, you will receive a message 15 minutes prior to it taking place, to ensure you are ready to receive your session.
After all sessions, you will receive a follow up message 7 self care workbook 12/48 hours after your session has ended.
What Is Soul Light?
Soul light serves to connect the threads of your energy flow, with divine guidance & healing.
It aids the re-alignment & re-balancing of your chakras, promoting wellbeing for mind, body & soul, recalibrating your energy for calm, balance & flow, and activating your personal power, which in turn helps you to make choices to up level your life.
As a certified life & soul coach, mindfulness & meditation practitioner, and soul energetics practitioner & energy healer, I hold nurturing space for you in this soul light session, there is no diagnosis, little hands on interpretation from me in this session, apart from me placing the crystals on you, and coaching face to face

Soul light is my own combined modality, of modalities that I am trained in, inc energy healing, chakra balancing, crystal healing, soul energetics, life & soul coaching, mindfulness, breathwork & meditation.
Will I experience anything?
You may experience huge shifts immediately following a soul light session, or the effects may be subtle, unfolding over a period of time, or you may feel nothing at all, a guide & self care workbook will be given to you upon completion of this session.
How many do you recommend?
This choice is always up to you, however I do recommend four sessions of soul lights in a 12 month period.

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?
I do not offer refunds/cancelations on coaching/energy healing sessions, once they are booked and paid for, however you can reschedule your appointment once only, giving at least 72 hours notice, if this is not given, then a further cancelation fee will be applied to your booking which is half the cost of the full priced session, and this will be invoiced to you, or taken before further bookings occur/before any further sessions occur with me.
As a small independent business, I no longer offer free consultations, but I do sometimes offer an early bird rate for my services.
Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. I do my best to ensure all clients are happy with their coaching/treatments with me.
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing I will contact you via email, to book in your session with me, as my availability for sessions, changes week on week, due to my own working schedule & availability.
Once soul lights is fully launched on the 1st April it will raise to £222 GBP per session.
Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?
For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
